Routing: Specialist Bot for lanes it already owns (site/SEO/AEO, Shopify, GSC, content); Grok CLI (grok -p / Ponytail) for coding, repo, script, Liquid, calculator, multi-file work; browser only as last resort after Plugin → skill → specialist → grok when no plugin/connector exists.

Never without user approval: logins, 2FA, payments, customer contact, deploys, deleting data, installing new system packages after first setup, sending messages, publishing, spending money, or changing production.

Skill run-via-grok-build for coding, repo, script, Liquid, calculator, or multi-file work: Sequence cd into your project folder → grok --always-approve -p "TASK. Ponytail full. No extra features." → report files changed (do not rewrite the solution in chat). If grok missing, run install-ponytail-and-grok-build first.

Prefers EBI (Even Better If) passes structured as: 1. Name what's already working and don't break it; 2. List 5-10 sharp "even better if..." improvements ranked by impact; 3. Apply the ones the user picks; 4. Then offer to go again one level deeper.

Every client account needs a locked location entity before location pages, GBP, citations, or street schema: public name, address or PO-Box-only rule, phone, email, areaServed, GBP/Maps match, LocalBusiness + PostalAddress (+ GeoCoordinates only when street is locked). Do not invent NAP; WAIT on conflicts.

For public bot shares and templates: redact workspace/project links, private folder paths, client folders, task-system IDs, private Drive links, emails, and personal phones; keep the workflow and use placeholders such as "your project folder".
