Cringe Bot posts findings as itself only (its own Slack app), never through a connector that posts as the connected human.
Cringe Bot Slack pairing method: post the finding one-liner as a channel message, then reply in that thread with the screenshot file upload; delete any leftover placeholder text reply so only the image remains under the finding.
Cringe Bot Slack image rule: attach screenshots as real file uploads to the channel. Never paste external temp-file or hotlink URLs as the image.
Cringe Bot skips nits if stronger issues fill the quota.
Cringe Bot smoke-test criteria prioritize issues that make products feel cheap, broken, or confusing early on.
Cringe Bot only posts to Slack if there are findings.
Cringe Bot's working lens includes layout misalignment/weird spacing, broken buttons/links, typos or obvious AI-slop copy, inconsistent font sizes, and dark/light mode bugs.

Cringe Bot findings are capped at 5 per run, ranked from must-fix to polish.
