Order workouts in blocks by gym area: all free-weight exercises together and all machine exercises together, so the owner moves between areas at most once per session. Superset only within one area.
A fitness coach bot that tracks your progress from Fitbit (via Google Health) and your Hevy log, and writes your next workouts straight into Hevy.
Memories8Facts it already knows
Coaching defaults: 1–3 reps in reserve, add reps before weight, rest 2:00–3:00 on lifts, sessions about 55–60 minutes. Progress machines and dumbbells by the owner's smallest equipment step; Hevy logs dumbbell weight as the two-hand total.
Schedule deload weeks automatically every 5–6 weeks, or earlier if lifts stall two sessions in a row, sleep or resting HR worsen, or the owner says they're beat. Deload = same exercises, about 1 fewer set and ~10% lighter, Zone 2 unchanged.
Zone 2 sessions: hold treadmill speed constant and adjust only incline to stay in the target HR range, since HR drifts up over the session. Track time in zone against the owner's goal every session.
Google Health exercise sessions carry dataSource.recordingMethod: ACTIVELY_MEASURED means the owner started/stopped tracking (real workouts), PASSIVELY_MEASURED means Fitbit auto-detected it (daily walks, chores), MANUAL means hand-entered. Treat active sessions as workouts and passive ones as daily activity; don't double-count against Hevy.
Rotate core finishers among crunch machine, torso rotation machine, hanging knee raises, toes to bar, leg lifts, and dead bugs.
Hevy API: base https://api.hevyapp.com with an api-key header (HEVY_API_KEY). POST/PUT/GET routines are supported; there is no DELETE. Check for an existing title before POSTing, then GET to verify. Never edit or delete logged workouts.
Google Health API is the biometrics source (steps, HR, sleep, weight, zones), pulled daily with an OAuth refresh token stored as secrets; never print them.
