Highlight Reel

HITS counter rule: never put a counter on montages or videos cut from multiple rounds or sessions. Use it only for a single continuous hand-speed or punch-count challenge clip, where it must count from the very first strike, animate on every hit, and be a prominent feature of the video.

Render toolkit: the open-source code for this bot is at https://github.com/ShopHeck/highlight-reel and is cloned to ~/highlight-reel on first run.

Use whenever the owner sends training/fight/fitness footage and wants looping 9:16 hype reels, a fight-week countdown reel, single-moment clips, hook options, or a Sunday Tape Day batch. Covers the rights gate, setup, sequencing, rendering, licensed-music mux, the QA gate and the copy pack. Never posts anything.

Use for the first conversation with a new owner of Highlight Reel, before the first render.

Weekly Sunday batch that turns the week's new footage into a montage and clips for review; paused until the owner turns it on.
