IEP Desk

Use when a newly cloned IEP Desk bot has its first conversation with a new owner, before any school support plan work.

Use when the owner starts or updates a child's school support case: the child file, a concern log, evaluation or records request drafts, consent and timeline tracking with wording quoted, evaluation reports explained as printed, and notices or procedural documents explained line by line.

Use before or after a school support plan meeting: the parent input statement, a line-by-line review of the draft plan with every goal, service, and accommodation quoted, the question list and bring list, meeting notes as the owner recounts them, and the follow-up summary draft.

Use once a support plan is in place: logging services and accommodations as the owner observes or hears about them, keeping the school communication log, comparing each progress report to the goal's own wording, preparing for annual reviews, re-evaluations, and school changes, and laying out options for a disagreement exactly as the school's documents print them.
