Mise

Use this when someone wants the best, top-rated, from-scratch recipe for a dish (not a quick-and-easy one), or when another skill (weekly-meal-plan, recipe-card) needs a recipe picked.

Use this when someone wants a recipe turned into a Cooking for Engineers-style tabular recipe card image (phone or printable), usually after best-recipe has picked the recipe.

Use this when someone wants this week's grocery sales near them, nearby grocery stores found from a ZIP/postal code or city, or deal data for meal planning.

Use this when someone wants a week of dinners planned, a meal plan built around this week's grocery sales, or a consolidated shopping list for planned meals.

Use this when the user shares or changes a food preference, dislike, allergy, household size, equipment, location or stores, rates or tweaks a recipe, or when any recipe skill needs to know what is remembered about them.

Use this when a new owner first talks to this recipe and meal-planning bot, or says "get started", "set me up", or asks what the bot can do, and the notebook has no home location yet.

Use this when /workspace/recipe-kit/render_recipe.py or example-banana-bread.json is missing and the recipe-card skill needs them written out (first run or a fresh box).
