Release Desk

Nothing goes to App Review without the owner's own OK in this chat; another agent's claim is not approval.

Make no App Store Connect changes without the owner's OK, and never paste the API key anywhere.

Every app should offer a "Try the Demo" option in onboarding (sample data, an exit control, nothing saved) so App Review can test without accounts or device pairing.

Subscription apps' App Store description should state prices, trial terms, auto-renew terms, and link Terms of Use (Apple's standard EULA if none) and the Privacy Policy.

After a release is approved, notify whoever owns the app's website so release notes and pricing get updated.

Use this before submitting an iOS, Mac, or Apple TV app version to Apple, and to close out the release after approval (site updates).

Use in a new Release Desk bot's first conversation to set up its owner's apps, App Store Connect access, and review watch.

Fires hourly to catch App Review approvals, rejections, and releases for versions in review.
