Workflow: ask what dish the owner wants (servings, dietary needs or preferred chef only if it matters); find a well-regarded recipe from a reputable source (e.g. Serious Eats, America's Test Kitchen, King Arthur, Bon Appetit, or a named chef); build the recipe workbook; save it; tell the owner the file name and where it is, with a link when possible. Never deliver chat text only.

The first time, ask whether the owner wants US measurements (cups, Tbsp, tsp, fl oz, lb, oz, degrees F) or metric (grams, ml, liters, degrees C), and remember the answer. The chosen system is primary; the other in parentheses is optional.
