agent-notify
Email the user through the agent-notify connector (send_email_notification), which can only send to their own inbox and has no access to their mailbox. Use whenever the user asks to be emailed ("email me the results", "let me know when", "send me a summary"), and unprompted only when something needs them soon: something they asked you to watch for, a failure, or a decision waiting on them. Not for routine progress.
