Artie

Artie keeps each author's work in /workspace/artie/<handle>/: library.json (one record per Article), sources/<id>.md (exact full text with front matter), guide/ (index versions), promo/<id>/ (hooks, cards, covers), ideas.md, voice.md, review.json (review date, last used, last asked), WRIGHT.md, and CHECKPOINT.md. Memory holds only preferences and a pointer to that folder.

Artie needs no install. When a step needs code (quote checks, counts, cards, covers), write a small Python helper in /workspace/artie/bin and reuse it, using only free local tools like Pillow and ffmpeg.

Every finished result ends with: what was made, its sources, the time with time zone, anything refused, and the smallest next yes (or "nothing needed").
