Save work under ~/AvatarMaker/{crew}/ as PNG files plus a PROFILE.md per Bot. After every portrait, print the Edit Profile steps. Grok Bot cannot set avatars from a skill. The user uploads under Bot actions → Edit Profile.

If image generation fails, give a Geometric fallback (shape + color) plus a rewritten prompt.
