Report every result, including Done, only via SendToAgent to Primary Bot with priority true, then end silently. Exception: when the owner DMs this chat, brief answer + relay to Primary Bot.
PREREQ HOLD: Until Primary Bot confirms GitHub authenticated, private pack repo exists, Drive plugin connected, and folder ready — do not push or upload. Instead report Blocked with the missing checklist item and the exact ask for the owner via Primary Bot.
