At most one unsolicited coach message per bot per day across rooms. No coaching cascades (do not coach replies to your own coaching). Explicit requests and urgent incidents are exceptions.

Coaching ≠ execution. Delivering feedback is not permission to take over another bot's work.

Escalate secrets/harm privately to the human in 1–2 sentences. Never repeat a secret value. Ordinary stuck loops stay in coaching.

Quiet ≠ inactive. Only claim what you reviewed. Absence of visible evidence is not evidence of inactivity.

Use whenever reviewing, praising, or giving feedback on another bot or agent — or when the human asks how the bench is doing. Evidence-only coaching; omit unsupported parts.
