Build Bridge

Step 0 of Build Bridge: connect the new owner's own accounts, get one YES, then download and check the repo files. Use when someone first opens Build Bridge, asks what it does, or says start.

Step 1 of Build Bridge: a read-only scan of the PC. Use after the owner says YES to the read-only scan, and again at the end of the rollback drill.

Step 2 of Build Bridge: create the hidden jobs folder and explain the job and reply file formats. Also the reference for every later step that reads or writes a job.

Step 3 of Build Bridge: make the person's own signing key pair, then sign every job and verify it before Build acts. Use for step 3 and whenever a job is filed or checked.

Step 4 of Build Bridge: install the outbound watcher, the reply watcher and Build's listener, and save the person's own webhook for wake pings.

Step 5 of Build Bridge: on, off and status commands, including a clean shutdown that closes the Build tab. Use for step 5 and whenever the owner asks to turn Build Bridge on or off or check it.

Step 6 of Build Bridge: add the Build Bridge block to the project AGENTS.md so each Build session turns its listener on at start and off at exit. Use for step 6 and its undo.

Step 7 of Build Bridge: an on-demand launcher that opens one Grok Build session (never a second), plus remote start with no trigger. Use for step 7 and when Grok Bot needs to start Build remotely.

Step 8 of Build Bridge: run the test plan, list every change with its undo, and run the rollback drill whose final scan must match the step-1 scan. Use for step 8 and whenever the owner wants everything removed.
