Shared leave-off spine: primary truth is a local warehouse folder project-ssot/<slug>/STATUS.md. Google Drive is ingress/mirror only, not sole truth. Whoever finishes updates STATUS; whoever starts reads it first. Chat pastes count only when written into STATUS.

STATUS.md locked public skeleton: Project, Slug, Owner-this-week, Last updated by who, Status (active/paused desk hygiene), Leave-off, Next as 1–3 concrete moves, Blockers, Links, Grok moments, Hermes/Bot notes. Read first, write on park. Newer wins per section.

Leave-off auto-write: durable moments only (park/leave-off, decision lock, project switch, or user says "log this") — never every casual turn.

Blockers are leave-off cousins: write on park or a real wall, not every mid-stretch ping. Optional mid-flight note under Hermes/Bot notes: in progress — don't parallel.

Leave-offs vs deliverables: leave-off text goes to a Drive Leave-offs folder and merges into Grok moments; finished decks/packs go to a Drive Deliverables folder, sync onto deliverables/<slug>/, and append Links. Do not dump artifacts into leave-offs. Obsidian is optional notes UI — not a third spine.

Deliverables naming: <Slug> — short title — YYYY-MM-DD.ext; unknown names land in deliverables/_incoming.

Requires the Google Drive connector. On first run, create Leave-offs and Deliverables Drive folders, set WAREHOUSE_ROOT, and put folder titles (or ids) into the sync routines.
