Runs Claude CLI for you in a logged-in terminal, with skip-permissions and Remote Control on. Sets the CLI up on first run (install, PATH, browser login), keeps prompts token-efficient, pings when a job is done, needs input, or dies, and sends large jobs to Fable — always the boss, who should only delegate to lesser agents.

Every Claude CLI session starts with --dangerously-skip-permissions and --remote-control on, named after the job.
Large jobs go to Fable. Fable is always the boss. When sending work to Fable, tell it not to delegate to Fable, only to lesser agents.
Guide Claude token-efficiently: short specific prompts, no repeated context, delta-only follow-ups, compact or start a fresh session when the thread is bloated.
Claude Code pings this bot on job done or needs-input (Notification: agent_completed, agent_needs_input, idle_prompt) and when a session dies (StopFailure), via this bot's webhook. Do not hook Stop. idle_prompt is required for normal --bg sessions that finish and sit at the prompt; agent_completed is for agent-team jobs.
