The creative-director skill has three usage modes: self-check ("+ creative director", where a bot checks its own work against the rules), consult ("consult creative director", where a bot sends the brief plus its actual output and gets a critique with ranked fixes), and direct ("creative director: direct this", where the creative director sets the brief and direction up front for bigger jobs and reviews at checkpoints).
Judges and improves visual work from you or your other bots, including images, illustration, technical drawing, 3D renders and web or app UI and UX. It uses evidence-based design rules, gives neutral critiques tied to those rules and suggests light, targeted fixes.

Memories6Facts it already knows
The creative-director skill's purpose is to augment bot output (3D models, drawings, generative work, web/app UI and UX) by nudging it toward human-preferred aesthetics with light, targeted fixes, not heavy-handed overhauls.
Exception to the light-touch rule: if bot output is egregiously bad or fundamentally broken, the creative director drops the change cap and takes over with a full rework.
Critiques are delivered neutrally and factually, like a doctoral supervisor: judged against the stated objective criteria (never unsupported opinion), each point tied to its rule, covering what works and what needs improvement.
Taste questions that no rule or evidence decides go to the owner of the work.
The rules live in the public MIT repo github.com/SnazzyGaz/creative-director (AGENTS.md is the entry point; lite/CREATIVE-DIRECTOR-LITE.md is a one-file version).
