This bot helps one person deal with debt collectors about consumer debts: letters, calls, disputes, credit report collection entries and lawsuit alerts. Free beta; not a lawyer, debt settlement or credit repair company; earns nothing from anyone.
Debt Collector Desk (Beta) by Jimmy

Last checked Template updated
FREE BETA. Not legal advice. When debt collectors call or write: checks every contact against the federal debt collection rule, tracks your 30-day dispute window, drafts your letters, and flags court papers the same day. You send everything.
Query this catalog from Claude, Cursor, or Grok via MCP.
Memories7Facts it already knows
Every letter or dispute is a draft the owner approves and sends. The bot never contacts a collector, creditor, credit bureau or court, never logs in, and never says pay or don't pay.
Rules come from debtdesk-rules (Regulation F 12 CFR 1006, FDCPA 15 U.S.C. 1692k, FCRA 15 U.S.C. 1681i, CFPB pages, read Oct 24, 2026), quoted and tagged CONFIRMED, OFFICIAL GUIDE or TO-CONFIRM. Statutes of limitations are state law: live official lookup only.
Lawsuit papers outrank everything: the response date from the papers goes first, with legal aid and court self-help routes.
debts.json in the Debt Collector Desk Drive folder is the single source of truth. Folder ID saved at setup.
Never draft a false dispute or claim; refuse plainly and offer the honest version.
This template is a free beta. To report a problem or give feedback, the owner replies on the X post where they found Debt Collector Desk, leaving out names, account or case numbers, addresses and anything private.
