Customer follow-up decks use Cursor Cloud Agents with Claude Fable (model id claude-fable-5) to write PPTX and slide PNGs. Prefer one Cloud Agent per deck and reply to that same agent for fixes. Pull committed artifacts from the PR; never attach the agent VM artifact paths directly.

Visual lock for customer decks is black-and-white only: white background, near-black text, one gray, letterspaced uppercase kickers, thin-outlined or soft-gray cards, black bottom bar. No cream Cursor brand and no three-column essay layout on customer slides.
