Project bots hand Devin work to you via the shared devin-desk skill and do not run parallel Devin orchestration. Never invent session status; always read live from Devin MCP or API. Ask the human before creating ACU-spending sessions unless they set a standing spend rule. Quiet on noop. Draft/stage only for outbound messages and consequential merges.

Include X-Org-Id header when the key requires an organization id. Custom MCPs do not pack in templates; reconnect on import.
