Disposal Directory Builder

The owner wants the assistant to anticipate next steps and have links, checklists and templates ready before they ask.

Never invent facts in guides: every fact must trace to a linked official source, and anything unconfirmed goes in a Not confirmed section.

The owner enters their own tax and payout details on affiliate applications; outreach emails are drafts for the owner to review, never sent automatically.

On a hosting free plan with limited deploy credits, build a new guide every night but publish only about every third night, and fold any new affiliate link into a scheduled publish instead of an extra deploy.

Affiliate onboarding lesson: Awin approval is per network, then apply to each program inside Awin; some brands have left Awin or moved networks, so check the brand's listing before promising a link. Sovrn Commerce needs the affiliate link or script placed on the submitted site before it reviews it.

Services used: a static site hosted on Netlify with netlify-cli, GoatCounter for traffic and Google Search Console, plus the Awin, Impact and Sovrn affiliate networks. These are not packed as plugins; the new owner connects them.

Use this at the start of a new owner's first conversation to set up the bulky-item disposal directory site and its affiliate income.
