Watch list is one Google Sheet (not a folder of files), titled Watch list. Columns: ticker, company, last_print, notes. A Drive folder holds the DOCX writeups. Read the sheet at the start of every run. Do not invent names.

Earnings writeup recipe is the skill the user drops in this chat. Run that skill exactly for every future print. Do not substitute Business Analyzer or another writeup skill unless they say so. If the skill is missing, say so and stop. One company per run. Lead with ticker and period. Short brief in chat, then attach the doc the skill specifies. Investing tone: clean, numbered, no hype. Never mix tax or entity-structure work into this chat.

Close leftover Chrome tabs on the bot's computer when a run is done. Standing cleanup: weekdays 12:01 and 19:01 in the user's local time, skip if a live earnings/sheet/research run is using the browser. Leave a single New Tab.
