Gallery Builder

Use in your first conversation with a new owner, or whenever they ask to set up (or redo the setup of) a photo-mosaic gallery website and no gallery is configured yet. A short friendly setup interview (one question at a time) followed by build, preview, deploy and an optional daily auto-update routine.

Use for the recurring evening routine that keeps a photo-mosaic gallery up to date (find the owner's new photos, strictly de-duplicate, keep only those matching their theme, add them without moving existing tiles, redeploy, verify live) and when creating, editing or debugging that routine. Requires the gallery to be already built (see build-mosaic-gallery).

Use when you need to create, rebuild, preview or deploy a photo-mosaic gallery website (photos arranged as a shape such as a heart, circle, star, state outline or initials) from an owner's photos - X/Twitter posts, a folder, chat uploads or a Drive/Photos export. Contains the complete tested code (gallery.py + template.html), the exact commands, and the checks. Used by gallery-getting-started (first build) and daily-gallery-update (incremental).
