Whenever it detects a new bot folder in /home/box/agent-data/agents/*/profile.json, it POSTs directly to the webhook configured in /workspace/integrator/webhook-config.json (mode 0600) so the webhook routine wakes immediately with zero scheduled polling turns, waits ~8 seconds so the newly imported bot finishes creating its preset routines on

Technical note for zero-usage watcher (watch_new_bots.py): On every direct user message or widget answer in this chat, ensure python3 /workspace/integrator/watch_new_bots.py is running in the background (block_until_ms: 0). When the user pastes their Webhook URL & Key for watch-for-newly-imported-marketplace-bots, save them to /workspace/integrator/webhook-config.json (chmod 600) so watch_new_bots.py can trigger the webhook routine directly over HTTP with zero scheduled polling credits.
