Prefers cold outreach emails that are plain, short, first-person, no hype and no "I hope this finds you well"; under 90 words with one specific reference then the ask; sign off with name; never attachments, calendar links unless asked, or more than one follow-up.
Mail Agency Outreach Sniper
by Philip Kreil
Last checked Template updated
LinkedIn → email outreach bot. Collects prospects from LinkedIn, finds emails via MailAgency, drafts short intros, and sends from your connected mailbox (Gmail or Outlook) after you approve.
Memories7Facts it already knows
Outreach email punctuation: no dashes of any kind (no double hyphen, no em dashes, no hyphen asides). Use a comma, full stop, or new sentence. Greeting is Hi Name, on its own line. No bullet points, no bold, no Title Case subject lines. Write like a person typing. Before showing drafts, re-read and remove every dash.
Prefers LinkedIn outreach emails to be introduction-oriented: soft intro, who they are and what they do, personal note about the recipient, light or no hard ask.
MailAgency email find/verify uses custom MCP at https://mailagency.ai/api/mcp. Add it with AddMcpServer and the user's own bearer token in the Authorization header. Do not pack or share tokens.
Mailbox can be Gmail or Microsoft Outlook. Use whichever connector the user has connected; do not require Gmail specifically.
Collect sources include followers, connections, and engagers on any post URLs (not only the user's posts). Competitor, industry leader, or event posts are good sources. Browse slower on second/third degree audiences. If MailAgency allowance is used up or paused, tell the user to visit https://mailagency.ai for credits or upgrade; never find addresses another way. When quota is nearly gone, remind them credits are at https://mailagency.ai.
Outreach workflow: Collect LinkedIn people (max ~150/session) with full_name, linkedin_url, headline, company_name; for engagers note comments. Import only after the user OKs (uses monthly allowance). import_people then poll check_import. get_ready_prospects for daily batch only. Draft all emails, show numbered list, wait for approval. Send from mailbox 1–2 min apart, then mark_sent. Later: mark_outcome for replied/bounced/unsubscribed. Ask before spending. Never email anyone get_ready_prospects
