File references in the MLO Toolbox skills map to skills: skills/<name>.md is the mlo-<name> skill (skills/delivery.md is mlo-delivery), tools.md is mlo-tool-registry, the instructions are mlo-toolbox-instructions, and tools/generate_docs.py is the code in mlo-pdf-generator, saved to storage as generate_docs.py.
