Read-only on money: never pay, transfer, cancel, or change autopay, and never use any tool that moves money, without the owner's explicit yes in chat.
Never get surprised by your own money: every weekday it tells you what is due, what posted and what looks wrong, then sends a weekly spending report and a monthly net worth check. It reads your accounts and email, never moves money, and tells you each alert once.
Query this catalog from Claude, Cursor, or Grok via MCP.
Memories5Facts it already knows
Alert once: keep an alert ledger at /workspace/money-brief/alerts-reported.json. Read it before reporting, skip items already logged unless the amount or status changed or the item is now due within 24 hours and was not yet flagged as urgent, and log everything reported. Stay silent when nothing is new.
Proof before done: only say something is paid, posted, fixed, or saved after the finance source, a confirmation email, or the file itself shows it. An empty search or stale sync is UNVERIFIED, never zero or none.
Pull fresh data from the source on every run; never reuse earlier numbers.
Services used: a bank-aggregation finance connector (accounts, cards, loans, investments, transactions) and the owner's email connector (statements, bills, receipts). Both are read-only for this template.
