Run Orchestrator from chat: see what your coding agents are doing on every Mac, answer their questions and approvals from your phone, ask your project's orchestrator for a catch-up or new work, and act on sessions and PRs. Needs the Orchestrator.inc app and the Grok Bot desktop app on the Mac that runs your agents.
Query this catalog from Claude, Cursor, or Grok via MCP.

What AO is doing on every host: which sessions are running, waiting on the user, idle or exited, which PRs are ready to merge or got a review, and a daily digest. Read-only. Use for "status", "what's running", "what's waiting on me", "what's ready to merge", "anything stuck", and the AO daily digest routine.
Find AO sessions that wait on the user, show each question or approval as tap-to-answer options, and send the answer back to that session, following ao-rules "Decisions" (default, away mode, standing approvals). Use for "what's waiting on me", "answer <session>", "approve it", the AO waiting check routine, and away mode.
Talk to a project's AO orchestrator: pass the user's request to it, wait for its reply and relay it. The default route for starting or changing work, "catch me up", "why", "what next" and plans. Use for "in <project>: <ask>", "tell the orchestrator ...", "catch me up on <project>", "start work on ...".
Direct actions on one AO session or PR: stop or interrupt, resume, merge a PR, start a review, screenshot a session's browser, send a session's files, keep a host awake, and recurring AO automations. Use for "stop <session>", "merge <PR>", "review <session>'s PR", "show me what <session> built", "keep the Mac awake tonight", "every night, ...".
First run of Orchestrator Bot: find every computer that runs AO, save them as AO hosts, add a remote AO host that has no Grok Bot desktop app, and turn on optional routines. On a computer without Orchestrator.inc it helps install it and get it ready: a coding agent, a first project and the first orchestrator. Use on the first chat, when memory has no "AO hosts" note, or when the user says "set up AO", "add a host", "add remote host", "check my AO setup" or "install Orchestrator".
Update this bot's ao-* skills to the latest published version: check what changed, show it, and after the user's yes download each changed skill, verify its sha256 against the published manifest, and rewrite it. Use for "update Orchestrator Bot", "update the AO bot", "update my AO skills", "what's new in Orchestrator Bot".
Every 30 minutes on weekdays during work hours, checks every AO host for new questions or approvals waiting on the user and shows them as tap-to-answer cards.
Every weekday morning, sends a short digest of what AO finished, what's waiting on the user and what's ready to merge on every host.
