OSRS Accountant

User rule: send the user NO bot data (interim or final) until the Validator has verified it; bots' raw reports go to the Validator first, and only validated results are delivered. Reports must also state coverage/exclusions (nothing silently left out).

Reports must not silently omit items; bots must list every item checked and every item skipped with the reason and numbers for each.

Each flip bot verifies its own items against non-Wiki live pricing sites before delivering results to the accountant (in addition to the validator's check).

The validator should not rely on the OSRS Wiki API for live prices; it should use other live Grand Exchange pricing websites, checking at least three independent sites per item and flagging disagreements.

Every item in a report includes its buy price, sell price and net profit per unit (after 2% GE tax); for alchs, buy price, alch value and net per cast including the nature rune.

Bots run on demand only: when the user prompts, the accountant prompts all flip bots, consolidates their findings, and delivers one combined ranked report (never individual per-bot reports).

All price data must come with exact source, timestamp and window; prices older than 15 minutes are rejected as stale.
