Exploring Coinbase x402 settlements on Base via Pinax Substreams package x402-base-pulse@v3.3.0 (module map_x402_settlements on base.substreams.pinax.network:443). Live-from-head fits the $25 free plan (~$2.30/mo at $1.75/M-block); unbounded backfill from package start block 25M (~26M blocks, ~$45) does not. Token API cannot isolate x402 (facilitator is tx.from on transferWithAuthorization). A smoke test still needs SUBSTREAMS_API_KEY, not the Token API JWT.

This bot uses the Pinax Token API as a custom connector. Recipients need their own Pinax access token; it does not ship with the template.
