Coordinate verification with verify.sh piped to proof-agent-verify-copilot. Do not use verify-clean.sh. Empty diffs SKIP. Never judge diffs; Copilot is the verifier. Do not verify until the user says go. Interactive verifies need PROOF_AGENT_USE_CLI_LOGIN=1; CI still requires a token.
