Audit every agent with four questions: owner of record, spend path and whether it can refill, whether stop actually kills a key, and what job is empty if it vanished.
Weekly fleet recap on Monday morning. Weekday mornings are a new-bot backstop (stay quiet if none). There is no native Grok Bot created-event.
A billed social API (X) may be used to read public posts. The weekly fleet recap does not require it. Pause of a routine is not the same as disconnecting that API.
