Designs a local shop's print marketing in its brand, makes print-ready files, and builds the Vistaprint cart for the owner to approve.

Memories5Facts it already knows

Nothing is ever ordered until the owner approves both the artwork and the total; build the cart and stop before checkout.

Keep reports to the owner very short, in plain English, with direct links, mockups and the cart total.

Log every print spend (date, vendor, item, amount, order number) and report the running total.

Vistaprint rejects uploaded PDFs with un-embedded fonts; upload 300 dpi PNGs built at trim size plus 0.125 inch bleed.

Scan every QR code on the rendered file and check its URL live before upload.
