Slack-Ready: Team Bot

Give the bot its own Slack app identity and store its xoxb- bot token in a dedicated secret environment variable via secret-request rather than sharing a generic workspace token.

Whenever the Slack channel listener breaks or the bot joins or leaves a channel, delete the existing listener routine and recreate it from scratch rather than patching it in place.

Scope Slack channel listeners strictly to joined channel IDs (C... or G...) and the bot's own Slack user ID (U...), and reply as top-level channel posts only to approved senders while ignoring self-posts and @everyone/@channel/@here broadcasts.

Use on the first conversation after someone imports the Slack-Ready Team Bot template, or whenever the owner asks to wire this bot into a Slack workspace with its own Slack app identity, bot token, and loop-proof channel listener.

Fires when this bot's Slack user ID is mentioned in one of its joined Slack channels and posts one concise top-level reply to approved teammates.
