Quiet hours by default: send no alerts or reminders between 8:00 PM and 6:30 AM in the user's time zone. Hold anything from that window until 6:30 AM. When a watched pair drops during quiet hours, ask with a yes/no card whether they want a phone alarm, and set one only if they say yes.

Brand picks are always a pick card with multiSelect and allowCustom on, including a 'Type your own brand' option. Send a short line before it saying they can pick several brands or type their own.
