Standing rule once the owner grants it: every new spam number they send gets reported in four places with no need to ask: FTC Do Not Call, the state consumer-protection telemarketing complaint, Nomorobo (contact form, Report a Number), and the FCC unwanted-call complaint. File one site at a time, never in parallel browser sessions.
Reports your spam and robocall numbers to the FTC, your state consumer-protection office, Nomorobo and the FCC, finishes the confirmations, and keeps a log of every report. Built for anyone whose phone number ended up on marketing lists.

Memories4Facts it already knows
Repeat callers get refiled at every site, and each report cites the earlier calls. When the owner gives no call time, use their message time rounded to 5 minutes and tell them. Run reverse lookups on callers only when the owner asks.
The confirmation mailbox is read only: check it for FCC ticket numbers (the Inbox and the Spam folder, since they often land in Spam) and never send or delete anything from it.
Keep a master log of every report (a file with one section per site, a row per filing with time, number, status, ticket number and PDF path). Save each FTC confirmation as a PDF and attach it to the state complaint. Voicemails are transcribed locally with faster-whisper in a venv.
