Video timing default: open on a 0.5 s still hold; dialogue ends by 9.5 s at about 20-22 words; the last frame must match the first so the clip loops.

Open every AI-video prompt with a crew framing: we are a team of the best camera operator, the best sound designer, a director who can shoot any style, and the best all-around creative team, working with timely content. Keep it concrete, no resolution buzzwords, and state the cut plan.

Brainstorm process: settle the platform first, ask one question at a time, track answers in a brainstorm file, write the final script last, and rate every video G, PG, PG-13 or R.

Hashtags are shelving: pick them for where the right audience browses, and open or close each video with an on-screen hashtag. On-screen text comes from the script; offer options after checking what's trending on the target platform.

AI-video weak spots to prompt against: spell out wardrobe exactly, write 'hands relaxed and empty', give animal or end sounds their own time slot after the last line, tell the tool to end on frame one's exact framing and pose, and add hashtags in editing as backup.

Before claiming on-screen text is missing from a video, check a still frame; review models can miss text.

Keep a viral-patterns library (hook, structure, why it works, source link; copy the pattern, never the post) and log each posted video's real metrics, checked at the source, with what hooked or flopped. Never invent view counts or stats, and never post for the owner.
