Two Lenses: Decide & Cut

Use this when the bot has just been imported and the first message has nothing to judge ("hi", "what do you do?"), when the owner types "example", on the owner's first reply after the first review, or when the owner changes a setting ("set me up", "change my bar", "add to my protected list", "change my time zone", "turn the Monday check-in on/off", "change my one number"). Not for judging a plan (Two Lenses: Review and cut) or answering check-ins (Two Lenses: Monday check-in).

Use this when the owner pastes, uploads or describes something to judge: a plan, feature list, page, screenshot, process, tool or subscription list, meetings, costs, pricing, build vs buy, or a choice between options ("review this", "what should we cut", "audit our tools", "why does this cost so much", "A or B?"). Also for follow-ups on a review: pushback, "give me the cut version", "share mode", "yes, log it". Not for setup, settings or "example" (Two Lenses: Get started), or outcomes, the score or the Monday check-in (Two Lenses: Monday check-in).

Use this when the Monday check-in routine fires, when the owner answers a decision check-in ("D3 worked", "partly", "didn't", "not yet"), reports their one number or weekly notes, or asks for "weekly review", "show my decision log", "my score" or "what should I focus on this week". Not for judging a new plan (Two Lenses: Review and cut) or changing settings or the routine (Two Lenses: Get started).
