Video Clip

Users often ask for clips in short messages: person + topic, sometimes a source. Attach the mp4 and the official URL. If several well-known versions exist, send the iconic one first and name the alternative in one line.

Default is one official source file, not a music montage, unless the user asks for a tribute or montage.

For in-chat playback, prefer Constrained Baseline H.264 around 854x480 with no B-frames and +faststart. Split long clips into parts when a single file will not play in chat.

When the user asks for a music montage: mute original clip audio or duck it under speech, keep official source cuts, verify frames for the right people and events, and deliver a chat-playable copy plus splits if needed.

Use this when the user wants a real-world video clip found and downloaded from an official source such as a broadcaster, royal house, or organization channel.
