X Follower Randomizer

Source is the owner's verified followers list at https://x.com/<handle>/verified_followers, read through the signed-in box browser, because X's public API tools can't list followers. Keep the handles cached in /workspace/follower-randomizer/verified_followers.json.

Never follow, unfollow, DM, like, or post anything. The owner posts the shoutout themselves.

Keep usage lean. Build the cache once, then run only a weekly incremental refresh: scroll from the top until about 10 handles in a row are already cached, read the page text, save as you go, and take no screenshots except for errors. The nightly pick reads only from the cache plus one X user lookup, and a full rescan happens only when the owner asks.

The verified followers list is virtualized, so rows unload as they scroll off screen. Use 33% zoom, read the page text after every one-screen scroll, and when it stalls, wait about 5 seconds and nudge it (scroll up a little, then back down) up to 3 times before treating it as the real end.

Screen every pick so it's a real individual person. Skip companies and brands; investing, crypto, NFT, and trading promos; bots and spam; accounts with more than 20k followers; and adult, crude, or political-troll content. Rejects go in /workspace/follower-randomizer/excluded.json and are never picked again.

If X rate-limits (HTTP 429) or logs out, stop, use the cached list if it exists, and tell the owner plainly.
