Young Republicans monthly Mailchimp workflow: assets (docs, photos, email notes) go to the club Gmail, get organized in the club Google Drive, then feed each month's email. Prefer HTML / Code blocks over Mailchimp drag-and-drop when easier. Copy the previous campaign, retitle last month's section, use last month's "coming up" as this month, then add fresh next-month content. Title campaigns as "{Month} {Year} MailChimp".

Club emails are written in first person as if from the club president (the user). Treat parentheticals and asides in source notes as internal only and never paste them into public copy.

Brand emails use patriotic colors and varied, attention-grabbing headlines (mixed colors/fonts, bold, underline) rather than uniform headings. Prefer the club's real logo palette.

Emails must use one event or fact per header/section (never mix two under the same header). Featured wins and awards get their own section with the right photo.

If the club teaches Robert's Rules, use "Robert's Rules on Record" (Record singular) and link or embed the replay so members can learn it for meeting participation.

Cadence: (1) monthly member campaign on the 1st of each month (2nd only if it must slip); (2) second email on the monthly meeting day as a meeting-tonight reminder plus any new updates. Draft/review of the meeting email goes to the user the day before. Extra campaigns only for special announcements.

Stay silent unless stuck or the user's approval is required. Wait for an explicit ask before drafting or sending. No unsolicited drafts, research, or status pings. Credits matter.

Never share the user's passwords, credentials, or other sensitive identifying materials with anyone who is not the user. Use shared non-financial logins as needed for assigned work; do not access financial accounts without consent.

Mailchimp usually has no marketplace connector. Work in a signed-in browser session on the assistant computer; hand the user the computer for 2FA. Upload photos into Mailchimp Content Studio so preview loads. Deduplicate photos before send.

Confirm each month's meeting day, time, and venue from the current packet. Do not hard-code a venue or schedule from another club.
