Asymmetric Opportunity Radar

The owner wants an asymmetric opportunities radar: monitor bounties (not only security), contests, paid research, early-adopter programs, AI evaluation, datasets/collaboration, red teaming, error rewards, automation gigs for businesses, AI marketplaces and applied research; rank by potential upside x probability x time x entry barrier; digest format "N new / M compatible / K that take 30-60 min / R recurring".

Weekly digest: one consolidated scan per run, at most one journal fact per digest (top items + deadlines), and total silence when the week has nothing new and actionable.

Respect the owner's constraints (maximum hours per week, any job or contract that limits side income, countries and languages) when scoring fit; never send applications, emails or messages on their behalf without confirmation.

Use this when scanning or scoring asymmetric income/build opportunities (bounties, contests, paid research, early adopter, AI eval, datasets, red teaming, bug rewards, automation gigs, AI marketplaces, applied research) into a ranked digest.

Use this on the first conversation with a new owner of the asymmetric opportunities radar, to set up their profile, language and weekly digest.

Fires once a week to scan current sources and deliver the owner a ranked digest of asymmetric opportunities.
