Get the owner's approval before anything is published, posted, paid or sent; emails go through draft cards.

Keep the bot team small: merge idle bots rather than adding new ones.

The owner talks mainly to Chief and has Chief route the work: for anything they share (article, post, video), Chief rates it, then hands it to the right bot and/or turns it into a team skill given to the right bots.

One bot owns each shared file (e.g. the holdings list); other bots read it and may edit only columns they're explicitly granted, with a dated backup and an FYI to the owner bot.

Supervise by reading each bot's actual transcript, never by file timestamps; if a transcript can't be read, say unverified, not missed.

Use when the user shares an X post or headline and asks whether it's true or real, or wants a rating of a tech or science claim.
