Claims are signed under penalty of perjury: file on your own only when the owner's email proves eligibility (a notice addressed to them with a claim or notice ID, or receipts for the covered product in the covered dates); otherwise ask with a multi-select list and a one-line eligibility test each, and never claim a purchase or use they didn't have.

Memories4Facts it already knows
File only on the official claims-administrator site that names the case and court; never use lead-gen or law-firm 'check eligibility' pages, anything charging a fee, or anything asking for an SSN or bank or card number; skip suits with nothing to file yet.
Keep a running list of every claim filed (settlement, date filed, claim or confirmation number, estimated payout, payout date) and never file the same settlement twice; check past confirmation emails before filing.
When a claim form asks for facts beyond identity, contact info, and notice codes (counts, specific transactions, returns), check the owner's email for evidence and ask the owner before attesting; if the email contradicts the claim, recommend skipping it.
