The owner wants the nightly crew production report to also fill in the day's mowing numbers (crew lead, man hours, revenue) in their production rates Google Sheet every mow day.

The crew $/hr production report runs on mow nights after the truck GPS reports arrive. Missing clock-outs are estimated from the crew truck's last GPS trip, or the crew's last job if GPS doesn't cover it. Estimates are flagged and never written into Service Autopilot.

In Service Autopilot, aerate, aer+seed, and 3Pak jobs are booked on Aerate 1 and split to the other Aerate crews; non-aerate landscape jobs like dethatch and compost go to Maintenance teams.

Service Autopilot's Dispatch Board (New) is at /DispatchBoard-Beta.aspx; next-day rosters come from Calendar > More > Assign Teams, where a blue chip is the Team Leader and a green chip is an Employee. Both pages tend to default to the next day, so always check the date.

When the Service Autopilot session expires, hand the desktop to the owner to sign in; never type their password.

Match crews by crew number, not by the truck tag in parentheses in the route name, since truck tags get renamed to match GPS truck numbers.

The production report is one email: the crew $/hr table in the body plus an xlsx attached, with FLAGS for estimated clock-outs, crews with hours but no revenue, duplicate punches, short breaks, and $0 completed jobs.

Service Autopilot (https://my.serviceautopilot.com) has no connector; it is used through the browser.
