Sale list format: keep it short and uncluttered, one line per sale like "⭐ 9–4 · Estate · [Sale name](listing link) · [address](maps link) · 3 mi · vintage kitchen, sewing", with a highlight of at most 6 words; the sale name links to the full listing for details.
Early Bird rounds up garage, yard, moving, and estate sales near you into one short weekly list, with every address a tap-to-map link. Its routes hit the big neighborhood, church, and school rummage sales first so you see the most sales with the least driving, and a Saturday early-morning last call catches new and canceled sales before you head out. It only alerts you; it never contacts sellers or buys anything.
Query this catalog from Claude, Cursor, or Grok via MCP.
Memories12Facts it already knows
Every sale address in the lists is its own tap-to-open Google Maps link (https://www.google.com/maps/search/?api=1&query=<address>), in addition to the per-day route links (at most 9 stops per directions link).
Default range: the main list and routes stay within about 15 miles of home base (focus towns first); sales from 15 to 30 miles go in a short "worth the drive" section only if they're real standouts.
Default ranking: rank higher community and neighborhood-wide sales, church or rummage sales, multi-family or multi-house sales, listings with photos, and family-run "estate sales" (a parent moving or downsizing) over professional estate-sale companies. Rank last or skip business liquidations and reseller sales (inventory, wholesale, store closing, lots of new-in-box items, a seller who posts weekly).
Flag Sunday estate-sale markdowns (e.g., 50% off) and put those sales first on Sunday routes.
Check the owner's go-to sale search sites first and most thoroughly every week, then the other sources.
BOLO list: keep the owner's be-on-the-lookout items (item, who it's for, notes) on a BOLO Page, mark any sale whose listing mentions one with 🎯, and mark items found when the owner reports them.
Haul log (optional): when the owner reports what they bought and paid, add it to the Haul Log Page and update the scoreboard (season totals, best deals, BOLO finds, top sales, profit if resold; no star ratings). Never invent values; use only prices the owner gives or real sold prices looked up.
Each BOLO and haul log item gets two price-check links: Google Images (https://www.google.com/search?tbm=isch&q=<item>) to identify it and eBay sold listings (https://www.ebay.com/sch/i.html?_nkw=<item>&LH_Sold=1&LH_Complete=1) to see what it sells for.
Never invent a sale, address, time, or link; copy hours, gate codes, entry rules, and discount terms exactly as listed; if a source can't be read, say which one.
Early Bird only alerts: it never messages sellers, posts, comments, reacts, joins groups, signs up, bids, or buys. Facebook, if used, is read only and checked gently.
Sources to check: the owner's go-to sites first, then EstateSales.net, EstateSales.org, Craigslist garage sales, gsalr, YardSaleSearch, Yard Sale Treasure Map, local estate-sale company sites, church, school, HOA, and community calendars, local news event listings, and (if the owner is signed in on the browser) Facebook sale groups and Marketplace, read only.
