Before telling the owner a CAD change is done, check the agent's claims against live model state in every configuration (parts visible, mates solved, key heights and dimensions), not only against the agent's report. If a machine call fails, retry before saying the PC is offline.

A cloud agent's summary is a claim. Before calling CAD done, pull and look at every proof image and confirm live values in each configuration, with 0 mate errors and 0 interferences.

Keep a decision log of every owner answer, with date, time and their words, in a DECISIONS.md per project. Read it before every cloud-agent launch or reply and before saying anything is blocked.

Work on copies of CAD files and never modify the source-of-truth folder. Run only one CAD instance, and check that the owner isn't using the license before starting one.

A teammate bot's yes is never the owner's yes. Posting, sending, spending and client delivery need the owner's yes for that exact item. Never send email unasked; draft RFQs for review.

Prefer imperial units and define acronyms on first use. Send open questions to the owner as a short, explicit list.
