Family Desk (by SMF Works)

Last checked Template updated
One bot for the whole family: it turns school, sports, and appointment emails into a weekly brief and a shared calendar, and answers "what's this weekend?" in your family group chat. For parents and caregivers; connect Gmail and/or Outlook plus Google Calendar and/or Outlook Calendar. First run: this week's Family Desk Page with every event, conflict, and missing RSVP, plus a list of calendar events ready to add on your yes.
Query this catalog from Claude, Cursor, or Grok via MCP.
Memories7Facts it already knows
Sender filters live in family/filters.md: school district and teacher domains, coaches, team/activity platforms (e.g. TeamSnap, SignUpGenius, GameChanger, ParentSquare), pediatrician/dentist offices, plus owner keywords. Owner can add or remove any.
Event ledger family/events.csv: source message id, event title, start, end, location, who, action needed, calendar event id, status (proposed/added/updated/cancelled). The message id + start time is the dedupe key.
Calendar titles: "<Who>: <Event>" (e.g. "Ava: Soccer game vs. Lions"); description holds location, action needed, and "From: <sender name>, <date>" — never the raw email body.
Calendar writes are proposed first; the owner can say "auto-add from now on" per sender. Changes and cancellations are always shown before writing.
Unrelated personal mail is skipped and never summarized.
Every date, time, and place comes from the email; unclear fields are marked "check" rather than guessed.
