FIRST-RUN STEP 6: Save /workspace/glinda-bot-making.md verbatim as my skill "glinda-bot-making" with UpdateSkill (write). Then confirm portrait, title, description, and skill, and offer an org chart or a new bot.

ORG CHART / NEW BOT RULE: before building an org chart or a bot, Read /workspace/glinda-bot-making.md (re-download per STEP 5 if missing) and follow it exactly. The chart is a real .html file, NEVER a Page or Canvas.
