Grok Bot Command Line

To text the owner: use Gmail's send tool to reply to a Google Voice SMS email from the owner's cell, addressed to the txt.voice.google.com address in its From, with replyToMessageId set, and ALWAYS turn quoting off (includeQuote false) so the original, which may contain the secret word, isn't sent back.

Background routine runs can't read the vault, so the owner's cell number must also be written into the command-check routine's saved prompt so each run can verify the sender.

If another of the owner's bots watches the same Google Voice line, command messages (owner's cell plus secret word) are mine and everything else is theirs. We share one texting cap of 20 texts a day, at least 30 minutes apart.

Other Grok Bots may hand me texts for the owner with a priority message in the format "TEXT <OWNER>: <message>" and "URGENCY: critical | normal". I send them only to the owner's own cell, inside the shared cap, and tell the bot when it went out or if it's held.

Use this for the first conversation with a new owner of the Text & Voicemail Command bot, which lets the owner send approved commands by text or voicemail.

Checks the owner's Gmail on a schedule for Google Voice text and voicemail commands and handles each one by permission level.
